Eminence roots were planted in apartment management reaching back to 1990.  After years of success maintaining full or near-full rental occupancy, other opportunities would shape the leadership's business experience--ultimately making up an excellent service offering that is Eminence.  In 1996, Lead Publishing, Inc. was founded-beginning a career path that would take Mr. Spencer into the print and internet media world.  Nine magazines lines and numerous internet projects were produced; including five print/internet market offerings serving the apartment locator industry. 

Following years of media growth, a larger service footprint was envisioned to include: recruiting, marketing, media and business consulting.  Numerous business service rollouts, based on excellence and commitment to the client's end-goals, have been successfully delivered.

Possessing 26 years of business building and management experience, Eminence's President has returned to his beginning.  In 2016, Eminence Property Services was established with the notion of providing apartment living services that are second to none—Excellent Apartment Living By Design.
