Maintenance Service
Maintenance services are priced by the listed tiers below..
1. Job-Ticket Tier = $125.00
a. This tier rate covers the ticket for the first hour; and then billed at a rate of $31.25 quarter hour (with property manager's approval).
2. Half-Day Tier = $500.00
a. 4-hour block of time assigned to work through the rental property's maintenance request tickets.
b. This tier is best-suited for environments where a full-time maintenance technician is unneeded or unavailable. It can also assist in maintaining work overflow when there isn't sufficient maintenance work to justify hiring an additional maintenance technician.
c. This tier works best on a once-a-week, every-other-week, or once-a-month basis.
3. Staffing Tier = $50.00 per hour
a. Eminence deployed maintenance staff working daily on-location for the property management client.
Carpet Cleaning Service
$69.00 per room; based upon the average square footage of each sized apartment within the surrounding area.

Painting Service - Interior
Painting jobs are quoted on a per-project basis.
Make-Ready Service
Make-Ready services are quoted in accordance with the needed services.
