Our Start
Eminence property services foundations reach back to the 1990's. Starting out with student and conventional apartments, new unit lease-up quickly followed. Hard work and a commitment to exemplary management and maintenance service lead to many years of successful high-occupancy. Later on, working in recruiting and banking provided the skills to deliver excellent human capital customer service and the experience to know why it effects the top and bottom line.
